Darwinbox named a ‘Strong Performer’ on the Forrester HCM Wave 2023

Darwinbox, the fastest-growing HR tech platform from Asia, has been named a ‘Strong Performer’ on the Forrester HCM Wave 2023. Darwinbox was recognized by Forrester for its platform flexibility and agility.

Amidst tough market conditions and a difficult macroeconomic environment, we’re humbled to have great reasons to celebrate – one of the world’s most respected research and advisory firms has declared Darwinbox “a solid fit for enterprise clients with a presence in APAC.”

We’re delighted to share with you that Darwinbox has been named a ‘Strong Performer’ in the on the Forrester HCM Wave 2023. Forrester has highlighted our platform flexibility and agility.

Darwinbox was one among the top 11 HCM vendors worldwide to be evaluated.

The recognition was part of Forrester’s report titled ‘The 11 Providers That Matter Most and How They Stack Up’, based on a 28-criterion evaluation of HCM providers. The report shows how each vendor scores and helps HR professionals and their IT collaborators select the right one for their needs.

Since our inception, we at Darwinbox have been working towards reimagining how HCM platforms are built. We take a modular approach to HCM platforms, and ensure our modules are built to be composable and agile, in a market where the ways of work are evolving so rapidly.

We believe that there’s a rapidly growing need in the market for a next-gen HCM platform that accommodates evolving working models, organization structures, and is employee-first. Darwinbox is at the heart of this movement. Darwinbox is built on a new-age tech stack, with an adoption-centric approach, ensuring end-user delight.

“Darwinbox has structured its platform to be composable and offer agility for its clients. Darwinbox’s product vision and market approach get ample support from its strategy of pricing transparency and modular architecture. Darwinbox is a solid fit for enterprise clients with a presence in APAC seeking to consolidate their platform while catering to custom operational needs,” the report said, a glowing testimony to our approach towards building a futuristic HCM.

We’re the only Asian-origin global HCM player in the Forrester report, and amongst the youngest HCM vendors in the market today; and we take this recognition as a testament to the unmatched speed with which we are and have been innovating. This also marks our debut on the Forrester Wave chart, which is now back after a three-year break.

Our mission at Darwinbox is to enable HR & business leaders with the tools they need to unlock most of their people, and the laurels from industry experts gives us the necessary validation and encouragement to march ahead.

We’re currently serving over 700 customers worldwide and are on track to expand our market presence in the US, the EU, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. Also on the cards is the launch of the Darwinbox Marketplace which will add one-click access to extended offerings from thousands of partners for HR teams to seamlessly complete all digital HR requirements on one platform.

Earlier this year, we also entered into a strategic partnership with Microsoft to co-innovate and redefine the future of work. Our partnership will help deliver advanced AI capabilities and deep integrations with several Microsoft product lines like MS Teams, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Viva, etc. to our combined customer base. We’re extremely excited about what lies ahead!

We’re grateful to our customers and Darwinbox champions for helping us get here, and seek continued support for everything we’ll do going forward.
