2018 was a big, impactful, breakout year full of growth for us at Darwinbox.
We almost doubled in size, bagged some hefty awards, solved a stack of HR problems with technology, added a few more glossy feathers (clients) to our cap, made some big bets on product, events and team members - and learned a hell lot.
So to honour this incredible year, and gather for a little celebration, we’ve put together some of the favourite things we did in 2018.
We permeated into every single element of your life.
From the medicines that treat you (Dr. Reddy's, Emcure, Aurobindo) to the media you consume (Times Group, TVF, HT Media), the water (Bisleri) & food (Swiggy, Licious) you can’t do without, the clothes you wear (Arvind Group, Myntra), the products you order online (Urban Ladder, Paytm) to even how they get delivered to your doorstep (Delhivery, Rivigo) - we are everywhere.
We expanded our footprint across geographies & sectors including Pharma, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail and more.
And this number keeps growing by the day, making us India’s fastest growing HR technology platform.

We have spiked engagement and adoption of the platform by leaps and bounds with performance on mobile.

We took inspiration from the real-world problems and the vision of CHROs who shared mind-bending insights at 3 of our roundtables.
In association with McKinsey, we gathered & engaged top CHROs from the Pharma space in sector-specific trends, talent priorities & best practices.
We grew as a family.
