AI Agents in HR

AI agents in HR are software programs that combine a large language model with access to HR systems and data to complete tasks on behalf of employees, managers, or HR teams. Unlike a chatbot, which answers questions, an agent takes action: applying leave, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, generating a workflow, or producing analytics, often coordinating several sub-agents within one request.
